Additional Charges Other Than Product Price

  • Shipping fee: Free for purchases over 10,000 yen (tax included).
  • For purchases under 10,000 yen (tax included), shipping fee is 800 yen.
  • Shipping fee for Okinawa Prefecture only: 1,500 yen.
  • Postal delivery (mail service) fee: 450 yen.
  • ※ The above shipping fees apply to deliveries within Japan only.

Delivery Timing

Delivery will be made according to the requested delivery date specified at the time of order.
Available dates can be confirmed and specified on the purchase cart screen.
Reservation products cannot have delivery dates specified.
Orders without specified delivery dates will be shipped as follows:
- Reservation products: shipped sequentially from the scheduled shipping date shown on the product detail page.
- Other products: shipped within 4 business days after order (payment) confirmation (excluding year-end/New Year holidays, long holidays, and Golden Week).
※ Delivery may be delayed due to weather, delivery company circumstances, etc.
※ If you use Pay-easy or convenience store payment, delivery on the requested date may not be possible depending on payment confirmation date; in such cases, shipment will be made at the earliest possible date.
