Terms of Use

"OFFICIAL GOODS STORE" (hereinafter referred to as "the Store") establishes the following terms and conditions for the use of this Store.

Article 1 (Definitions)

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them:
The Store refers to the website operated by the Company on the Internet based on these Terms, which has a system for providing information on products or services and the function to provide products or services online.
"User" means a person who accesses the Store.
"Service" means the services provided by the Company to Users who use the Store based on these Terms. The content and types of services may be changed, added, or reduced at the Company's sole discretion, and such notifications will be made on the Store or by email or other communication means as appropriate.

Article 2 (Scope and Changes to Terms)

  1. These Terms apply to the use of the Service by the Company and the Users. Users shall comply sincerely with these Terms when using the Store.
  2. Separate individual provisions posted on the Store or additional provisions notified to Users constitute part of these Terms. In case of any conflict, the individual or additional provisions shall prevail.
  3. The Company may change these Terms at its sole discretion without the User’s consent.
    In such cases, the conditions of service use shall be based on the updated Terms.
    Changes will take effect from the time they are notified by email to the address previously provided by the User, posted on the Store, or by other appropriate means deemed by the Company.
  4. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage caused to Users due to changes in the Terms.

Article 3 (User Status and Restrictions)

  1. Users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms at the time they enjoy any of the services provided by the Store (including viewing information), thereby acquiring the status of a User of the Store.
  2. Users must not engage in any of the following acts:
    • Using the Store by any method other than those specified by the Store.
    • Using the Service by impersonating others.
    • Specifying links to other data or data related to the Service in any manner not approved by the Store.
    • Repeated refusal to receive ordered products, repeated return of products to the Company’s center due to failure to receive within the delivery period, repeated order cancellations, or any acts deemed disadvantageous to the Company’s operations. In such cases, subsequent orders may be canceled and shipment stopped.
    • Unauthorized access to or destruction of data stored on computers used to access the Store.
    • Interfering with the operation of the Service.
    • Using the Service for business activities or for profit-making purposes without prior approval from the Company.
    • Collecting or storing personal information of other Users, or attempting to do so.
    • Acts violating public order and morals or laws, both domestic and international.

Article 4 (Suspension or Interruption of the Service)

  1. The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice to Users in the following cases:
    • When maintenance or updates of equipment or systems for the Service are carried out periodically or urgently.
    • When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster.
    • When duties of the telecommunications carrier are not provided.
    • Other operational or technical reasons or unforeseen circumstances that make provision of the Service difficult as judged by the Company.
  2. The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by Users or third parties due to suspension or interruption of the Service regardless of the cause.

Article 5 (Handling of Links)

The Company bears no responsibility for any websites other than the Store that Users may be linked to from the Store or from which third parties provide links.
The Company also bears no responsibility for contents, advertisements, products, or services available on such linked sites.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from or related to such contents, advertisements, products, or services.

Article 6 (Copyright)

  1. Users may not reproduce, sell, publish, or use for other purposes any information (text or images) provided through the Store beyond the scope of private use defined by copyright law without permission from the rights holder.
  2. Users may not allow or disclose any information provided through the Store to third parties without permission from the rights holder.
  3. Users shall resolve any problems caused by violations of this article at their own responsibility and expense and shall not cause any trouble or damage to the Company.

Article 7 (Liability for Compensation)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties due to provision, delay, change, suspension, termination, discontinuation of the Service, or leakage or loss of provided information.
    However, personal information registered through the Service shall be handled in accordance with the separately established "Privacy Policy."
  2. Users shall resolve and bear all responsibility and expenses for any damages caused to third parties through their use of the Service and shall not cause any damage to the Company.
    If a User causes damage to the Company through acts violating these Terms or illegal acts, the Company may claim compensation accordingly.

Article 8 (Privacy Policy)

Management and handling of Users’ information obtained through the use of the Service shall be in accordance with the separately established Privacy Policy.

Article 9 (Governing Law)

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.

Article 10 (Jurisdiction)

In case of any dispute arising regarding these Terms, the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
