Exchanges and Returns Due to Product Differences or Defects
We take utmost care in ensuring product quality; however, if you receive a product with any defects (such as dirt, damage, malfunction, wrong product or price), please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product.
Depending on stock availability of the affected product, an exchange may not be possible.
In such cases, we will handle the matter by refunding the returned product. Thank you for your understanding.
Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds Are Not Applicable in the Following Cases:
- If the inquiry period above has passed since product arrival.
- Used, washed products, or products with removed tags.
- Products that have been damaged, dirtied, or scratched after receipt by the customer.
- If it is determined that the defect occurred after use and is not an initial defect.
- Returns due to customer convenience (wrong size, different image, mistaken order, etc.).
If the Shipping Box (Cardboard) Is Damaged or Soiled
If the shipping box is damaged upon delivery, please check the contents on the spot to confirm no product defects, or kindly contact the delivery company's local office as indicated on the delivery slip.
Please note that postal mail deliveries (mail services) are not covered for product damage compensation due to post delivery.
How to Exchange or Return Products

- Details of the damage or defect
- Photos of the defective area (formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG / max size: 2MB)
