Shipping Fees

Free shipping for purchases of 10,000 yen (tax included) or more.
For purchases under 10,000 yen (tax included), shipping fee is 800 yen. *1,500 yen for Okinawa Prefecture only.
Postal mail delivery (mail service) fee is 450 yen.
* The above shipping fees apply to domestic deliveries within Japan.

Delivery Time

Pre-order items: shipped sequentially from the release date stated in the product details.
Regular items: scheduled to ship within 4 business days after order completion (payment confirmation), excluding year-end/New Year holidays, long holidays, and Golden Week.
If you specify a desired delivery date, we will follow that schedule.
* For Pay-easy and convenience store payments, delivery on the requested date may not be possible depending on payment date. In such cases, we will ship at the earliest possible date.
* Delays may occur due to bad weather, courier circumstances, or other reasons.

Re-delivery for Long-term Absence

If you are absent at the time of delivery, please check the "Tracking Number" on the missed delivery notice or shipping confirmation email, and contact the delivery company's office listed on the notice within 6 days.
If the product is returned to our warehouse due to long-term absence, your order may be canceled after deducting round-trip shipping fees.

Delivery Date Specification

Delivery date can be specified on the order screen except for pre-order items and postal mail (mail service) deliveries.
