How to order

On the product page, select the size, quantity, and other necessary items, then click "Add to Cart."
Once you are redirected to the "Items in Cart" page, please check that the items you are ordering are displayed correctly and then proceed to checkout.

Once your order is complete, an automatic email will be sent to your registered email address to inform you that your order has been confirmed.

If you do not receive an email, it may be that the address is incorrect or there is an error that prevented delivery.

About payment methods

■Credit card payment

Payment period : Payment will be completed when you place your order.
Accepted cards : VISA, MASTER, JCB, American Express

●Please note that in the following cases, you may not be able to process your payment with a credit card.
・The card number, cardholder name, or security code was entered incorrectly. ・The card's expiration date has passed (please be careful when entering the expiration date year and month).
- Using a credit card issued overseas

■ Convenience store payment, Pay-easy payment (payment deadline applies)

Payment period : Items will be shipped after payment is completed.
・You will receive a separate email from the payment company (no-reply@komoju.com). Please check the email and proceed with the payment.

The payment deadline is 4 days. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the order will be canceled . The payment number cannot be updated.


About receipts

Our shop does not issue paper receipts.
You can download it from the following page, so please use it when necessary.
*As our shop is a tax-exempt business, we are currently unable to issue qualified invoices that comply with the invoice system.

About delivery

■Delivery days

Pre-order items : Shipped sequentially from the release date listed in the product details
Regular products : Products will be shipped within 4 business days after your order (payment) is completed (excluding New Year's holidays, long holidays, and Golden Week).

If you have entered a desired delivery date, that date will be followed.
*If you use Pay-easy or convenience store payment, your order may not be delivered on the desired delivery date depending on the date of payment. In that case, the order will be shipped as soon as possible.
*Delays may occur due to bad weather, circumstances of the delivery company, or other reasons. *For deliveries outside of Japan, please refer to "Shipping to overseas destinations" at the bottom of this page.

■About packaging

In consideration of the environment, our shop is working to reduce the use of plastic packaging. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in reducing excessive packaging.


Exchanges, returns and order cancellations

■ Exchange due to product discrepancy or defect

If there is any defect in the product you receive, we will exchange or refund it. Please contact customer support with the following details within 7 days of receiving the product.

Our support center will contact you and provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
Please be sure to return the product using the method provided by the support center.
We may not be able to accept exchanges due to circumstances such as out of stock or product defects.
In that case, please note that we will provide a refund.

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience

As a general rule, we do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience.

This site cannot answer inquiries about anime works or artists, or anything other than mail order, so please contact the inquiry desk for each work.

We will respond within two business days. Please note that it may take longer to respond after consecutive holidays or during the New Year period due to high volumes.


Regarding shipping overseas

For international shipping, please use "Worldshopping.global".
International shipping is available if you purchase using the dedicated shopping cart "Worldshopping.global", which is only displayed when accessing from overseas.

*Sales fees and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
*Only available for orders from overseas. We cannot ship domestic orders overseas.

2) Add your favorite items to the WorldShopping cart.
Click “Add to Cart” of the WorldShopping banner to proceed to buy your favorite items.
The cart will only appear for items that can be purchased from your country.

1) When you visit a country/region other than Japan, the bottom section will automatically display the “WorldShopping Cart” (WorldShopping's shopping cart).
